Description du poste

Relevant directement du gestionnaire des ressources humaines et de la direction, l’adjoint(e) aux ressources humaines appuiera les initiatives et les tâches déléguées par le gestionnaire RH et mettra en œuvre les bonnes étapes pour concrétiser la vision stratégique des ressources humaines de l’entreprise. Cette personne supervisera également une équipe de personnel RH afin de gérer toute demande ou tâche liée aux ressources humaines dans l’entreprise, comme les demandes de lettres d’emploi, la stratégie de recrutement ou la mise en œuvre des politiques RH.


Attentes envers le ou la candidate retenu(e)

  • Une expérience en RH de niveau débutant est bienvenue
  • Doit être en mesure de mener des entrevues en français
  • Poste à temps plein, disponibilité requise dès septembre
  • Excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite) et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps, prise de décision et résolution de problèmes, avec un grand souci du détail
  • Solide maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Doit être disposé(e) à travailler dans les restaurants (opérations en magasin)

  • Travailler dans les opérations en magasin comme caissier(ière)/barista est une exigence du poste
  • Soutenir le processus de recrutement
  • Trier les CV, planifier les rencontres, les entrevues, les événements RH et maintenir les agendas
  • Animer les séances d’orientation et mettre à jour les dossiers des nouveaux employés
  • Préparer et soumettre des rapports sur les activités générales des RH
  • Se tenir à jour sur les tendances et les meilleures pratiques en RH

Position Description

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager and above, the Human Resources Assistant will support the initiatives and tasks delegated by the HR Manager and execute the right steps to realize the strategic HR vision the company. They will also oversee a team of HR personnel to help handle any HR-related inquiries and tasks in the company, such as employment letter requests, hiring strategy, HR policy implementation.


Expectations of the Successful Candidate

  • Entry level HR Experience is welcomed
  • Must be able to conduct interviews in French
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong ability in working with Microsoft Office suite applications
  • Be willing to work in the restaurants (store operations) Duties and Responsibilities Working in store operations as a cashier/barista is a requirement for this position
  • Support the recruitment process
  • Screen resumes, schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff
