We support businesses with limited or no internal HR resources, as well as companies with internal HR staff seeking expertise and training. We're known for building strong relationships with our clients, so we can help identify what their business really needs to transform and thrive.
What it's like to work here
Providing transformational services starts within our walls. We're invested in creating a positive, rewarding experience with opportunities to learn, grow, advance, and shape the workplace. Xenium offers an inclusive work environment where employees can both make a difference and succeed. If you value authentic relationships, service excellence, diversity, equity, and inclusion-and want to work where everyone knows you and your name, Xenium may be the place for you.
How this role transforms workplaces:
The HR Account Representative supports 2-3 Senior Strategic HR Partners This role combines client service, project and meeting coordination, and administrative support to ensure seamless delivery for Strategic HR Partners and their clients. • Client Service & HR Support: Provide tier-one HR consulting on straightforward compliance, policy, and leave questions; monitor HRBP communications; and set clear expectations with clients while escalating issues as needed.
  • Project & Task Management: Track projects, deliverables, deadlines; maintain task lists and dashboards; support preparation of presentations, questionnaires, and training materials; and help streamline workflows.
  • Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage internal and client meetings, prepare agendas and materials, track action items, and coordinate logistics.
  • Administrative Operations: Manage billing prep, documentation, and client records to ensure accuracy and efficiency while reducing administrative burden for HRBPs.
  • Team Contribution: Anticipate needs, collaborate with colleagues, and demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and service excellence in all interactions.

Who you'll work with:

Required experience and skills:

  • The ideal candidate is interested in developing a career path toward becoming a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), eager to learn from senior HR leaders, build strategic HR expertise, and progressively take on more complex employee relations, talent, and business partnership responsibilities.
  • This role requires a fast-paced, highly organized individual with strong follow-through, a proactive mindset, and comfort managing input from multiple senior team members.
