Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
Employment and labor law experience required
SHRM Certification or PHR Required
5+ years of total Retail HR experience
Minimum of 3 years of Retail HR Business Partner experience, preferred
Proven success working on a multi-unit HR team and driving enterprise-wide initiatives. Exceptional communication and strong organizational influence skills with the ability to build alignment across diverse business units and lead through change.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and geographically dispersed business partners and their teams to achieve strategic goals while maintaining operational excellence.
