Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay Range: $20-$25/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Account Manager Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for supporting and managing assigned client accounts to ensure orders are processed accurately, projects are completed on schedule, and clients receive exceptional service. This role serves as the primary communication link between clients and internal departments, including production, finishing, shipping, sales, and administration. The Account Manager monitors projects throughout the production process, resolves issues, and ensures customer satisfaction through strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Account Manager Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing support and resolving questions through email, phone, and in-person communication.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and timely follow-up.
  • Review incoming client orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve missing information, order discrepancies, or unclear specifications.
  • Prepare detailed production documentation and job tickets for internal teams.
  • Review and proof production documents to ensure job requirements are accurately communicated.
  • Coordinate with production, finishing, shipping, sales, and administrative teams to support successful project completion.
  • Monitor assigned projects throughout the production process to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met.
  • Address job-related questions and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and escalate production, scheduling, or service concerns to appropriate leadership.
  • Review completed project documentation and assist with preparing client invoices.
  • Ensure invoices are distributed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts and projects.
  • Identify process improvements and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.
Account Manager Customer Service & Communication Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional, responsive, and solution-focused customer service.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple client accounts while prioritizing deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, production teams, and leadership.
  • Remain organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Account Manager Technical & Administrative Skills Required:
