Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products (Life, P&C, Health, etc.) and workflows, and be skilled in designing user experiences across customer journeys such as quote & buy, policy management, claims filing, billing, and self-service.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in UX design/architecture with at least 2–3 years in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing UX design work for complex enterprise or customer-facing applications.
  • Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of design systems, interaction design principles, and responsive frameworks.
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
