Job Summary:

The Project Engineer role supports the client's mission by delivering high-quality work that enhances brand, product, and operational excellence, focusing on AI transformation in marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Build and deploy automated agents for marketing use cases (content generation, copy assistance, personalization, automation)
โ€ข Develop and maintain prompt chains, context profiles, and secure API wrappers
โ€ข Integrate with client's Martech stack (CRM, CMS, analytics, data warehouses)
โ€ข Own the AI deployment lifecycle: prompt versioning, rollback support, sandboxing, validation and performance monitoring
โ€ข Design instrumentation and success metrics to evaluate agent performance and content quality
โ€ข Support data governance, QA, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
โ€ข Document systems, deployment protocols, and technical standards for future scaling
โ€ข Deliver role-specific outputs with measurable KPIs; maintain transparent progress tracking for stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Required:
