We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontist to join our fast-growing, pediatric-focused practices in Kingston and Catskill, NY. This is a flexible, high-earning opportunity within a supportive clinical environment. Our offices serve an established patient base, growing over 20% annually, and are anchored in strong orthodontic and pediatric collaboration.

For part-time hours, we are prepared to provide daily production incentives on top of base compensation.

Compensation & Incentives (Based on Experience & Productivity)

Guaranteed Base: $1,500 โ€“ $2,000 per day
Bonding Bonuses: Average $250/day in additional incentives
Sign-On Bonus:
Part-Time: $3,500 โ€“ $4,000
Paid in installments over 180 days (in good standing)
