The 70 30 rule in hiring suggests that 70% of the hiring decision should be based on skills, experience, and qualifications, while 30% should consider cultural fit and soft skills. What are Early Morning Summer jobs?

Early Morning Summer jobs are positions typically available during the summer months that require employees to work shifts starting in the early hours of the morning. These jobs are common in industries such as retail, hospitality, delivery services, landscaping, and recreation. What are some common challenges faced when working early morning shifts during the summer, and how can they be managed?

Working early morning shifts in the summer often means adjusting to an atypical sleep schedule and managing fatigue, especially if social or family activities extend into the evenings. Team members typically need to coordinate closely to ensure all responsibilities are covered during the early hours, which can foster strong collaboration but also requires clear communication.
