We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapists (PT’s, SLP’s and assistant, too) to join our team at Kids SPOT.
NEW ENERGY, SAME HEART! WE ARE NOW THERAPIST OWNED AND OPERATED! JOIN OUR AMAZING TEAM IN WESLEY CHAPEL, HOLLYWOOD, AND LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions in a clinic-based setting. The PT, OT, SLP Therapist will develop personalized care plans to assist patients in achieving their goals.

Duties
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' needs and abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including PT's, OT's, SLP's and Assistants to ensure patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options, care plans, and strategies for daily living.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
Skills
  • Making therapy fun!
  • Experience in pediatrics is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Ability to manage cases effectively while providing compassionate patient care.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in physical therapy.
