Job description

Join us at USA Sport Group late Summer into the Fall Season as a Soccer Coach and make a meaningful impact on young children's lives through sports education! This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about soccer, enjoy working with children, and want to inspire the next generation of athletes.

As a Soccer Coach with USA Sport Group, you will be responsible for leading engaging, age-appropriate activities for children aged 3 to 12, ensuring these sessions are all about learning the basics of the game and making sure everyone is having a positive experience. For the right candidate, there are opportunities to work as a travel team coach for a soccer club with teams ranging from U7 to U14 age groups for the Fall 2026 Season. The travel team coach position is ideal for soccer coaches who have at least 2 years of experience coaching in club soccer and should possess a USSF F license. However, D and C license coaches are also encouraged to apply.

Our coaching positions offer a fantastic opportunity to build your coaching skills, develop your ability to connect with young children, and gain valuable experience in youth sports education.
