New York Soccer, a club, is looking for coaches to join our Coaching staff to work with and develop youth players in an ambitious, competitive, and fun environment.
Staff Coach: We are looking for an energetic person passionate about working with highly skilled Zone 1 youth players and eager to help build a culture of excellence.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
β€’ Coaching teams
β€’ Planning and running training sessions
β€’ Assisting with administrative work
β€’ Having a charismatic personality with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and players
β€’ Managing the performance environment by leading the development of players and teams
Notes: Salary depends on coaching experience, background, and available hours. Performance reviews will be ongoing.
