Who are Challenger Sports?
Challenger understands that players, coaches, parents and administrators all have different needs and priorities, and by listening to our customers for over 25 years we have created a TOTAL SOCCER company that caters to everyone involved in the game. Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer people in the country and our team of 9 offices and 100 full time staff now provides a comprehensive range of Soccer services and products:
Academy Coach Role
Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams & players.
Coach will provide high energy and enthusiasm, ensuring the session is ran safely, effectively and most importantly fun.
Communicate with the Regional Director providing feedback and up to date information.
Compensation
$25-$35 gross per hour, based on qualifications & experience.
Location
Field sessions can be anywhere within a 30 minute radius of your home. This position will take place in Sunnyvale, CA.
Times
The sessions will be on Saturdays. Opportunity for more work in the future may be available.
Requirements
Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
Must have experience working with children.
All staff must pass a rigorous background check and eligible to work for AYSO.
Must have your own transport.
Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

What is TinyTykes?
TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.

Challenger Soccer Academy offers professional year-round coaching to recreation and/or competitive players and teams aged 5 - 18 years old.
