What is a HubSpot Partner?

HubSpot Partners are agencies, consultants, or service providers that have been certified by HubSpot to help businesses implement, customize, and maximize the use of HubSpot's software and marketing tools. These partners offer expertise in inbound marketing, sales enablement, CRM integration, and ongoing support. They help clients optimize their digital marketing strategies and ensure they get the most value from HubSpot’s products and services.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a HubSpot Partner?

To thrive as a HubSpot Partner, you need expertise in inbound marketing, CRM management, and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, often supported by relevant certifications such as HubSpot Academy credentials. Proficiency with the HubSpot platform, including its marketing, sales, and service hubs, as well as integration with other digital tools, is crucial. Outstanding client communication, project management, and problem-solving skills help differentiate top partners in delivering value to clients. These skills are essential for implementing effective marketing solutions, maximizing client success, and maintaining strong, ongoing business relationships.

What are common challenges faced by HubSpot Partners when managing multiple client accounts?

As a HubSpot Partner, one frequent challenge is juggling the unique needs and goals of multiple clients while maintaining high standards of service. Partners must stay updated on HubSpot’s frequent platform updates and ensure each client’s portal is optimized accordingly. Coordinating campaigns, tracking performance, and providing strategic advice often requires strong project management skills and clear communication with both clients and internal teams. Effective time management and leveraging automation within HubSpot can help balance these demands successfully.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end operations for conferences and webinars, including building attendee lists, setting up workflows, and managing leads.

  • Support the SDR team by building and refining lists, managing outreach sequences, and maintaining data accuracy.

Job description

About Charta Health

In an industry where the focus should rightly be on delivering quality care to patients, healthcare providers remain burdened by the complexities of non-clinical operations. Charta is changing that.

We're building the operating system for modern healthcare organizations. Our AI platform streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions, helping providers and payers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Charta is on a mission to make every healthcare dollar accountable and every chart accurate, reimagining healthcare infrastructure from the ground up.

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be the engine behind everything we run. We're launching new programs weekly, and this role makes sure it all hums: lists get built, campaigns get set up correctly, leads flow where they're supposed to, and nothing falls through the cracks.

This starts tactical. You'll be heads-down on conferences, digital marketing, and campaign builds, the work that keeps our go-to-market moving day to day. As you get your footing, you'll grow into more strategic territory: rebuilding our attribution model, standing up pipeline forecasting, and shaping how we measure what's actually working. This is a role with real room to grow from operator to strategic partner.

Why you’ll love this role

You'll get to build from the ground up rather than untangle someone else's mess. Our systems and processes are still young, which means your fingerprints will be on the foundation: how we track attribution, how leads move through nurture, how we report on what's working. You'll work directly with our Head of Marketing on the projects that shape our long-term GTM strategy, with a clear growth path from tactical execution into a more strategic seat at the table.

What you’ll do
  • Own end-to-end operations for conferences and webinars: building attendee and target lists, setting up pre-event and post-event workflows, and feeding leads into the right outputs

  • Build and manage marketing campaigns in HubSpot, from setup through QA, ensuring every program launches cleanly and tracks correctly

  • Support our SDR team's outreach motion: building and refining lists, managing sequences and cadences in Nooks, and keeping outreach data clean and in sync with HubSpot

  • Partner with sales and SDR teams to keep marketing and sales tools (HubSpot, Nooks, and others) aligned and data flowing smoothly between systems

  • Rebuild our global attribution model, incorporating new marketing channels, integrating sales touchpoints, and automating lifecycle stage progression

  • Redesign our nurture automation: how leads enter, move through, and exit our programs

  • Build and maintain marketing reporting that gives the team a clear, reliable read on pipeline and program performance

  • Support GTM pipeline forecasting in partnership with our Head of Marketing, helping translate top-of-funnel activity into predictable pipeline outcomes

Must-haves
  • ~3 years of marketing operations experience at a B2B SaaS company

  • Deep, hands‑on HubSpot experience

  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage many concurrent programs (conferences, webinars, campaigns) without dropping the ball

  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tooling such as Vector, Sequel, Nooks, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, and Clay

  • Eagerness to grow from execution-focused work into more strategic ownership over time

Our Commitment to Diversity

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
