Position Summary:

The HR Admin is responsible for the day-to-day HR responsibilities for the location.

  • Oversee human capital management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive organizational culture.
  • Coordinate performance management activities such as employee evaluations, training & development sessions, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations like FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and affirmative action planning requirements.
  • Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, and workforce management.
  • Support project management efforts related to organization design, change management initiatives, and HR sourcing strategies to optimize talent acquisition efforts.

  • Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within a fast-paced environment.
