We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRIS Implementation Consultant for a temporary assignment supporting the transition from UKG Ready to Dayforce HCM. In this role, you will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and implementation teams to ensure business continuity on the current UKG Ready platform while contributing to the successful deployment of Dayforce across the full HR technology suite.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HRIS professional who has experience with system implementations, data migration, configuration, testing, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the UKG Ready platform throughout the transition period.
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user inquiries, and address data discrepancies.
• Generate reports and perform data extraction to support business needs.
• Support data mapping, cleansing, and transformation activities in preparation for migration to Dayforce.
• Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Assist with reconciliation efforts between UKG Ready and Dayforce systems.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues throughout the migration process.
• Participate in Dayforce configuration activities, including workflows, business rules, security roles, and integrations.

• Maintain detailed and organized documentation of processes, configurations, and project updates.
• Assist in creating training materials, job aids, and end-user documentation.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and align project objectives.
• Provide recommendations and feedback on system design, functionality, and process improvements.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to key stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, implementation, consulting, or related roles.
• Experience supporting HR systems, including configuration, testing, reporting, and end-user support.
• Proven experience with data migration, data validation, and system implementations.
• Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of data integrity, security, and compliance within HR systems.
