Job Title: HRIS Analyst   

FLSA Status: Exempt  

Department: HRIS - LMW Corp  

Reports to: Manager, HRIS

GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE

The HRIS Analyst supports, maintains, and improves Loram's HR technology environment, with primary responsibility for Dayforce HCM and the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS). The role is accountable for system administration, data integrity, reporting, integrations, user support, and continuous improvement across assigned HR platforms.

This position partners with Human Resources, Payroll, Learning and Development, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure HR systems are accurate, secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. The role is expected to move beyond transactional support by strengthening data governance, improving system utilization, and identifying opportunities to reduce manual or inconsistent processes

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Administer Dayforce and Cornerstone system data, including employee, organizational, job, position, reporting relationship, learning assignment, curriculum, certification, and compliance training information, in accordance with established HR governance standards. 
  • Support HRIS configuration, workflows, security roles, user access, system functionality, release testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activity to ensure systems operate effectively and with appropriate internal controls. 
  • Monitor the Dayforce and Cornerstone interface, validate data flow between systems, troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams, IT, vendors, or implementation partners as needed. 
  • Develop and maintain HR, payroll, workforce, and learning reports, dashboards, metrics, audits, reconciliations, and exception reporting to support data accuracy, compliance, operational needs, and business decision-making. 
  • Provide functional and technical support to HR system users, maintain process documentation and job aids, deliver user training, participate in cross-training, and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and the employee and manager experience. 
Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.

Experience: Three or more years of experience supporting HRIS, LMS, HCM, or related enterprise systems, including system administration, reporting, data governance, testing, and end-user support.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and intermediate-to-advanced Excel, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capability. 
  • Ability to manage confidential employee information with accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment while supporting HR data governance, system controls, and compliance-related processes. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support users, document processes, explain system functionality clearly, and work effectively with HR, Payroll, IT, Learning and Development, vendors, and business stakeholders. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support system administration needs in a fast-paced environment. 

*7+ years combination of experience and education supporting HRIS, LMS, HCM, or related enterprise systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five or more years of HRIS, LMS, HCM, or related enterprise system administration experience. 
  • Experience administering Dayforce HCM strongly preferred; experience supporting Cornerstone LMS or another enterprise learning management system preferred. 
  • Experience with system integrations, data interfaces, security administration, workflow configuration, dashboards, workforce analytics, implementations, upgrades, release management, or major enhancement projects. 
  • Project Management, HRIS, HCM, LMS, reporting, or analytics-related certification preferred.

This position requires successful completion of:

  • The subject’s name must correspond to their Social Security number and date of birth.
  • A nationwide, federal, and state criminal background check will be conducted. Up to a seven-year history will be considered, including incarceration or court supervision. Findings will be reviewed relative to the position requirements.
  • Post-secondary education at the associate degree level or higher will be verified, including degree(s) earned and dates of completion.

Employees in safety-sensitive positions are subject to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-incident drug and/or alcohol testing in compliance with federal regulations and company policy.
