Maven Clinic is looking for a Senior Director to lead the HRBP function and drive our talent program strategies. This leader will partner closely with executive leadership to shape organizational strategy, strengthen manager effectiveness, and build scalable talent practices that enable higher performance during a period of continued growth. This person will lead a team of highly-skilled HRBPs and serve as HRBP to client groups including the growth team..Â
The ideal candidate brings deep business partnership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and is equally comfortable operating strategically and driving operational excellence across people programs. This person will bring experience driving AI adoption, utilizing metrics-driven decision-making, and evolving fit-for-purpose solutions to organizational design, talent planning, and learning & development with a focus on business outcomes.Â

We're looking for you to bring:
The base salary range for this role is $234,000 - $275,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
This role is only open to candidates in the NYC-metropolitan area and will require you to be in-office for 3 days each week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). While flexibility will always be core to Maven's policies, we also believe in the power of in-person connection. Our hybrid work policy was created with both principles in mind.
This role requires active work authorization in the US.
