  • Serve as a subject matter expert on FLSA, overtime compliance, time reporting, and audits.
  • Coordinate professional development initiatives, employee requests and budget.
  • Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Tech Services and other internal stakeholders to support talent focused initiatives and tasks.
  • Supervise the People Operations Coordinator, ensuring HR related data, dashboards, documentation, content and processes remain accurate and up to date.
What You've Accomplished
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People/HR Operations, HR Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Paycor or similar HRIS platforms and Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
  • Supervision experience preferred.

What You'll Bring to the Job
Proven success in:
  • Leading complex HR or operational projects from planning through execution.
  • Building dashboards and synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights for senior leadership.

  • Managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Additional Skills:
