We are expanding with the opening of Moai School (a Christian School) and are building a thoughtful, values-driven organization grounded in relationships, strong systems, and deep respect for children and educators.

We believe that when adult systems are clear, consistent, and supportive, teachers can focus on what matters most—the children.

  • Partner with leadership to support staff performance, accountability, and growth
  • Oversee operational systems, organization of shared spaces, and vendor coordination
  • Support a professional, respectful, and consistent workplace culture
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of HR, operations, or administrative leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (ADP or similar preferred)
  • Ability to manage complex situations with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who follows through
  • Reliable, consistent, and proactive

Experience in early childhood education or licensed environments is strongly preferred.

Why This Role Matters

This role ensures that teachers are supported, systems are stable, and the school can operate with care, clarity, and integrity.

  • Benefits
    • Competitive salary
    • Health, dental, and vision benefits (100% base coverage)
    • Paid time off and holidays
    • Professional development opportunities
