What You’ll Do

As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Leading and mentoring team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitoring inventory, supplies, and resources to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Train staff and uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing effective solutions.

- Ordering, receiving, and stocking retail products: books, board games, trading cards, merch, etc

- Assist with events, staffing, and all other duties as needed

- Maintain facility equipment and cleanliness including deep cleaning schedule and regular equipment maintenance
