Overview

Hexagon's Autonomous Solutions division is looking for a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Change Management to join our team in Calgary or Tucson. Reporting to the Vice President Enterprise and Digital Transformation, this role will lead enterprise change management across Autonomous Solutions' largest business transformation initiatives, driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption for strategic programs including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, enterprise process standardization, and future digital transformation initiatives.

This position is based in Calgary, Alberta or Tucson, Arizona.

ResponsibilitiesAs Sr. Manager, Enterprise Change Management you will be responsible for these activities:
  • Develop and execute the Enterprise Change Management strategy, roadmap, governance framework, methodologies, and standards that support enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Lead organizational impact assessments, business readiness planning, and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation of new technologies, business processes, and operating models.
  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to build sponsorship, align priorities, and coach leaders through organizational change.
  • Develop and execute enterprise communication strategies, executive messaging, employee engagement plans, and Change Champion networks that drive awareness and adoption.
  • Lead enterprise learning and enablement strategies by coordinating role-based training, supporting post-go-live adoption, and measuring organizational readiness and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the Enterprise Change Lead for strategic transformation initiatives including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, enterprise process standardization, and future digital transformation programs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, Engineering, IT, Enterprise Systems & Process, PMO, and implementation partners to ensure consistent change management execution across the organization.
  • Establish and monitor change management KPIs, readiness dashboards, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to build long-term organizational change maturity.
QualificationsMust Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Change Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise organizational change management for large-scale business transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise implementations such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, ERP, HRIS, or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies including stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational readiness, training, leadership coaching, and business adoption.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
Nice To Have:
  • Prosci Change Management Certification.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
  • MBA or graduate degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience building enterprise change management offices, governance models, or organizational change capabilities.
  • Experience supporting global business transformation programs within technology, manufacturing, industrial, or engineering organizations.
