Job description

The HR Manager will lead a large team of 16+ HR professionals, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This role balances strategic human resources planning with daily operational tasks, ensuring efficient HR functions that support organizational goals. The manager oversees recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and staffing initiatives to attract top talent

  • Plan and implement training and development activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
