You will work primarily under a microscope, using small hand tools to assemble very small parts with precision and consistency. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent attendance, and the ability to work long shifts in a controlled cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleanroom assembly of catheter components that are used in medical procedures to help prevent aneurysms in the brain.
  • Work under a microscope for extended periods to assemble very small parts with accuracy and consistency.
  • Use small hand tools to coil wire, handle small tubing, and assemble intricate components according to detailed instructions.

  • Meet quality expectations by carefully inspecting work, maintaining high standards of precision, and following established processes.
  • Maintain strong attendance and punctuality, adhering to the policy that allows only one absence and one late occurrence within the first 90 days.

  • Ability to use small hand tools for precision assembly work.
  • Capability to work long hours, including extended shifts and multiple days per week.
  • Strong attendance and reliability, with the ability to meet strict attendance requirements within the first 90 days.
  • Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and follow all gowning and cleanliness procedures.
  • Openness to entry-level candidates who can successfully pass a hand assessment test.
  • Understanding that pay rate is based on experience, assessment performance, and interview performance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Highly desired: prior cleanroom experience or experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 2 or more years of relevant experience to qualify for higher pay within the range, if applicable.
  • Comfort working with very small components such as coiled wire and small tubing.
  • Ability to learn quickly, follow detailed instructions, and improve performance over time.
  • Dependable work habits, including consistency, quality focus, and willingness to be coached.

Why Work Here?

Employees have the opportunity to transition to a permanent role after successfully completing their required hours, with a clear path based on attendance, quality, and performance. Once permanent, the company covers 100% of benefits for the employee and 50% for their immediate family, offering strong support for overall well-being. Additional incentives include 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay, creating a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package. The culture values effort, learning, and dependability rather than expecting perfection from day one, giving employees room to grow into their roles and build a long-term career.

Work Environment

This role is based in a cleanroom environment where you will be required to wear a full gown and follow strict cleanliness and procedural standards. The atmosphere encourages communication and positive relationships among team members, as long as quality remains high and work is completed on time.
