We're looking for a Compensation & People Analytics Intern to support data-driven initiatives across our People team. This role offers hands-on experience working with real workforce and compensation data, contributing to high-impact projects, and exploring how analytics and emerging tools shape decision-making.
What You'll Work On ...- Support the development of curated, analysis-ready HR datasets (e.g., headcount, attrition, hiring trends)
- Assist in maintaining data quality through validation checks, refresh processes, and documentation
- Contribute to defining and documenting key workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, and tenure
- Analyze HR and compensation data to generate insights and support ongoing projects
- Help improve and redesign dashboards and reporting (Excel, Tableau, or similar tools)
- Support salary survey submissions and market benchmarking efforts
- Assist with compensation-related analysis, including job pricing and structuring new roles
- Partner on HR systems and data field mapping (e.g., Workday)
- Explore how AI and emerging tools can enhance compensation and people analytics, including improving job pricing, benchmarking, and data analysis workflows
- Contribute to early-stage experimentation with new approaches to analyzing and interpreting workforce data
What We're Looking For ...- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Analytics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, Computer Science)
- Strong interest in data, analytics, and how they inform people and compensation decisions
- Comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation), or a strong aptitude to learn quickly
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus, not required
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and gaps in data
- Strong written communication skills and ability to translate data into clear insights
- Proactive, collaborative working style with good judgment on when to take initiative and when to seek guidance
Nice to Have ...- Exposure to HR systems (e.g., Workday) or workforce data
- Previous coursework or projects in data analysis, statistics, or HR analytics
This role is ideal for someone who is curious about how data and new technologies are shaping compensation strategy and organizational decision-making, and who is eager to build practical experience in people analytics.
This internship is paid at $20 per hour and will be approximately 30 hours per week between June 16th and August 20th of 2026.
