To thrive as a Ranch Worker with housing provided, you generally need experience with livestock management, basic maintenance skills, and a strong work ethic, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with farm machinery, irrigation systems, and sometimes certifications in animal handling or pesticide application are typically required. These jobs can include roles such as ranch hands, wranglers, cooks, or maintenance workers. The provided housing is often onsite and can range from shared bunkhouses to private cabins, depending on the ranch.
