Job Summary
We are seeking an individual with experience in serving/bartending & front of house management to join our team! As the Front of House manager that  will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance during your shift. You will supervise (front of house) staff, be responsible for enhancing the customer experience, grow sales year over year and delegate duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with 2-3 years of restaurant experience specifically as a server or bartender and has been a manager in the front of house for at least 2 years.
The FOH Manager works with the Kitchen Manager, FOH Supervisors & Owners to provide exceptional customer service. The right candidate will lead FOH staff in a fast-paced Brewery that serves hand crafted food to ensure a seamless food pairing experience for our guests. Manages FOH staff which includes scheduling, training, and general supervision. The right candidate will ensure efficient brewery operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Coordinate daily Front of the House brewery operations • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction • Continuously touching tables and getting to know guests • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints • Regularly review product quality • Organize and supervise shifts • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity • Estimate future needs for craft beverages cans, bar supplies, office supplies and cleaning products • Ensure compliance with sanitation, TIPS and safety regulations • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads) • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations • Oversees opening and closing tasks and balances daily and nightly cash drawers. Requirements • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Hospitality Manager or similar role • Proven customer service experience as a manager • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients for dishes as well as the craft beverage profiles to inform customers and wait staff • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills • Acute financial management skills • FOH Supervisor with a Minimum of 2 years of experience (references required).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Has Food & Drink Serve safe Certifications
