HOUSE MANAGER-Novi, MI $80-90,000

Will oversee multiple family residences.

Outstanding newly created position will support a dynamic, entrepreneurial family in a wide variety of ways.



Primary focus areas will be:

  • Household Administration & Scheduling: Maintaining the family calendar, coordinating appointments, handling mail
  • Errands and Shopping: Grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup, pharmacy runs, and personal shopping for gifts or household items
  • Home Maintenance & Operations: Overseeing household staff (housekeepers, landscapers), scheduling home repairs, car maintenance and supervising contractors
  • Lifestyle Management: Making travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries), planning special events, etc. Will prepare lunch for CEO Monday to Friday
  • Daily Support & Organization: Decluttering, managing inventories of household supplies, and restocking, house oversight when not in residence (i.e. plants, mail, etc.)


$80-90,000 plus medical benefits & PTO.


Previous experience in a similar role, with verifiable references, is required.
