Harper Associates has partnered with one of Detroit's premier hotels to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for its acclaimed high-end restaurant.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in an upscale dining environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you have a proven track record of leading restaurant teams, driving service excellence, and creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the daily operations of a high-volume, upscale steakhouse within a luxury hotel.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop front-of-house supervisors and service staff.
  • Ensure impeccable service standards and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to deliver seamless food and beverage service.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and payroll.
  • Monitor beverage and food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally while building lasting guest relationships.
  • Help achieve financial goals through effective cost control and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of Food & Beverage management experience in an upscale restaurant, steakhouse, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Experience managing labor, scheduling, and restaurant financial performance.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering world-class guest service.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Wine and beverage knowledge is a plus.
