At FriendShip, our Retail Sales Associates are the heart of our stores. In this role, you’ll deliver Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS), help maintain Clean and Bright Stores (CABS), and prepare our FResh, Delicious, and ReaDY (FREDDY) food items where applicable. You’ll create a welcoming environment for our guests while supporting daily store operations as part of a people-first team.

What You’ll Do

· Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service

· Accurately process transactions and handle payments

· Stock, rotate, and merchandise products

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment

· Prepare and serve food items following company standards (where applicable)

· Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

· Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines


What We’re Looking For

· Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
