We're looking for a Restaurant Business Partner to join our team! This person will play a pivotal role in engaging catering partners on our platform and ensuring reliable operations and exceptional service to both our partners and customers. They will be a consultative liaison to our external partners, ensuring that partners feel supported and heard and that they understand how to unlock growth levers on ezCater's platform in a way that fits each partner's business operations.
What You'll Do:
  • Engage and establish relationships with high-level contacts across different partner accounts to evaluate and communicate opportunities in ways that drive action.
  • Understand the unique business of each partner and create strategies for success that support partner and ezCater growth
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate caterers' operational opportunities on an ongoing basis, using performance data and customer and partner feedback loops.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on partner-facing and internal operational metrics
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and guide solutions
  • Present operational and functional insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive alignment and support the overall growth and success of catering partners on the ezCater platform

What You Have:
  • 2+ years experience partnering with and managing external vendors or accounts; experience with restaurant operations, final mile delivery, or e-commerce logistics preferred.
  • Experience leveraging data to make informed recommendations and/or decisions; comfortable working in Excel, Tableau, or Sigma.
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Track record of success working internally and externally to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Ability to demonstrate active listening and emotional intelligence to better understand partner feedback and needs.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems; demonstrated ability to root cause and craft the right solution.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, both autonomously and cross-functionally in a team setting.
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings and other events, when applicable.

The national total targetcash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $59,000-$82,000 annually.*
