Job description

PRN RN/LPN At Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation

The PRN RN/LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in the upstate is responsible for providing high-quality member care in an as needed capacity. This individual will work with the day center team to support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of members at our day center. This is a PRN, Monday-Friday role in our Coastal South Carolina region. The region covers Conway, Loris, Georgetown.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide member care, including administering medications & nursing treatments to those with MD order
  • Monitor members health and communicate any changes or concerns to the Administrator/Family as needed
  • Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records

Requirements:

  • Valid and current nursing license in South Carolina in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with senior adults, adults with disabilities or community setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members and provide redirection when needed

Compensation & Benefits: As a PRN RN or LPN at Elite Day Center, you will receive competitive hourly salary and have access to a flexible schedule with weekly pay.

Hours of Operation: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday-Friday. No nights, weekends or holidays.
