Registered Nurse (RN)-$5000 Sign on Bonus

Job Summary:
Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, resident-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote positive clinical outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and evidence-based nursing practices

  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on the assigned unit

  • Perform comprehensive resident assessments

  • Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans

  • Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions

  • Accurately document resident care and clinical observations

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members

  • Educate residents and family members regarding treatment plans and care needs

  • Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

  • Maintain compliance with applicable facility, state, and federal regulations

  • Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive resident-centered environment

Qualifications:

  • Current, active, and unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent critical-thinking and clinical decision-making abilities

  • Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
