Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts Available: 6AM - 6PM and 6PM - 6AM are both available

Compensation: Newly Increased, Competitive Hourly Rates (based on experience) + Shift Differentials

Position Overview

Exciting things are happening! We are expanding and seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for the opening of our brand-new unit.

In this role, you will be part of a pioneering team delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents. You will manage complex medical technology, administer medications, and build meaningful, long-term bonds with patients and their families in an innovative, supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive head-to-toe assessments, wound care, and respiratory support.

· Technology Management: Safely manage ventilators, tracheostomies, G-tubes, and central lines.

· Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders.

· Care Planning: Develop, evaluate, and update individualized pediatric care plans.

· Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with therapists, educators, and physicians to achieve developmental and clinical milestones.

· Family Support: Offer ongoing guidance, education, and compassionate communication to families.

Qualifications

· Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware (or multi-state compact license).

· Experience: 1+ year of nursing experience preferred (Pediatric, NICU, PICU, or ventilator/complex care background is a plus).

· Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

· Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification required; PALS preferred.

· Core Strengths: Strong clinical judgment, empathy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with youth.
