Job description

Position Summary:
The remote deposition services representative position play an important role in ensuring a smooth deposition experience for clients. This position is responsible for shipping out equipment to deponents, guiding deponents through remote attendance to depositions, and troubleshooting technical difficulties. Comprehensive training will be provided. This is a full time, in office position that reports to the Video Manager.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain patient and professional under pressure
  • Experience providing basic technical support
  • Proficiency with Zoom and other videoconferencing platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues in real time

Job Duties:
  • Provide live technical support for attorneys, court reporters, and other participants during remote depositions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to videoconferencing platforms
  • Guide participants through audio, video, and connectivity setup, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Maintain professional and clear communication
  • Adapt quickly to evolving client needs
