Job description

Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in its Las Vegas office. Ideal candidates must have 3+ years of legal secretary litigation experience. This position is full-time with flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Familiar with the State of Nevada and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures.
  • Experience filing and serving in Nevada and out-of-state courts, including e-filing in state and federal courts. Familiarity with Court of Appeals procedures is preferred but not required.
  • Provides administrative support to attorneys.
  • Works independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation, and e-discovery.
  • Knowledge of case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, and exhibit preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience using Milana calendaring program is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, independent self-starters who can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment.
