You'll crush this role if you have 3+ years of experience in high-volume onboarding, project coordination, community engagement, or customer/client relations - ideally with a background in court reporting or legal services. We need someone who's genuinely self-directed: you see a problem in the inbox and you handle it; you don't wait to be told twice. You're comfortable working autonomously when the team is on the road, you pick up tools like Zendesk and Asana quickly, and you bring the kind of warm, professional presence that makes court reporters feel taken care of every step of the way.
