We are seeking an Hourly Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations while ensuring a top-tier guest experience. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader passionate about hospitality but seeking a flexible part-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FOH team during shifts, ensuring smooth service and a outstanding guest experience.
  • Promote RHGโ€™s service standards, upholding hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Guide and develop team members, ensuring execution of proper procedures for seating, serving, and guest interactions.
  • Be the go-to leader for problem-solving, guest concerns, and on-the-fly decision-making.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Drive opening and/or closing duties, including side work and end-of-shift reports, setting the team up for success.
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.


Requirements:
