As an Express Technician, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda. You’re responsible for showing our guests a super experience and quickly getting them on the road. You’ll provide light vehicle maintenance, keep a safe, neat workspace, and handle your responsibilities honestly and honestly.
Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves location experience. This role is a great entry point into your career with us!
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver your guests’ cars every time, on time, as promised
- Perform oil changes, check batteries, and top off fluids
- Inspect brake linings and adjust if necessary
- Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires according to vehicle standards
- Conduct multi-point inspections (121-point inspection) and alignment checks
- Perform minor services including software updates, key programming, and windshield wiper and filter replacements
- Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
- Keep work station clean at all times
- Work with your team to prepare and service vehicles efficiently
What You’ll Need:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior automotive experience required
- Preferred: Enrollment in an automotive program or possession of an automotive certification
