Step Into Leadership. Stay in the Industry You Know.
If you’ve built your career in passenger transportation—driving, dispatching, or supervising—and you’re ready for the next step, this is your opportunity.
At Propark Mobility, we’re growing fast and looking for a Transportation Manager who understands the road and is ready to lead from the front. This is your chance to move into a leadership role where you can make an impact, develop teams, and help shape operations across the region.

What We’re Looking For
  • CDL with Passenger Endorsement (required)
  • 3+ years of experience in transportation, shuttle, bus, or passenger services
  • Leadership experience (supervisor, dispatcher, lead driver, or manager)
  • Strong knowledge of DOT and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to travel throughout the Greater NJ region
  • Confident communicator who can lead teams and build client relationships
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
What You’ll Do
  • Lead transportation operations across multiple locations in New Jersey
  • Oversee drivers, fleet performance, and daily service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and local regulations
  • Manage vehicle maintenance programs and vendor relationships
  • Conduct driver training, evaluations, and onboarding
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Drive operational performance, safety, and financial results
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Get off the road without leaving the industry
  • Lead and develop your own team

What We Offer

  • Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision + supplemental options (including pet insurance)
  • Free parking at assigned locations
  • Employee Assistance Program (24/7 support)
  • Ongoing learning and development through Propark University
  • A culture that promotes from within and invests in your growth
