Job description

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: West Chester PA (1 day/ week on-site)

Job Type: Contract

Must-Have Skills

  • 6+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • 1+ year of international banking/payment experience.
  • Experience with multi-currency and European payments.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Workday.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, payments, AP data entry, and bank applications.
  • Handle international payments across multiple currencies.
  • Work with global AP teams, including teams in India.
  • Coordinate with international stakeholders, including HR and Tax teams in London.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Follow financial controls and international banking requirements.
  • Work 1 day/week onsite in West Chester, PA, preferably Wednesday.
  • Be available to start at 7:00 AM EST to support global teams.
  • Strong communication and professional stakeholder-management skills required.



A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly rate on W2 for this position is $32 to $35 with limited benefits.
