Responsibilities

Generate new business through proactive outreach and lead generation

Build lasting client relationships through tailored insurance consultations and stellar service

Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products

Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets

Use our CRM to track leads, manage renewals, and maintain accurate records

Stay current on products, regulations, and Farmers Insurance best practices

Collaborate with teammates in our high-energy, supportive culture

Requirements

1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence and positivity in outbound calling and closing deals

Property Casualty and/or Life Health license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
