Hands on Training
Responsibilities- Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance and financial needs
- Quote, present, and explain insurance policy options in a clear, consultative way
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and CRM systems to close new business
- Build and maintain a pipeline through referrals, networking, and community outreach
- Service existing policyholders, including policy updates, changes, and renewals
- Track goals, sales activity, and performance metrics to drive consistent growth
- Develop leadership skills by training, coaching, and supporting team members as the agency expands
Requirements- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and be coached
- Self-motivation and a competitive drive to succeed
- Commitment to showing up consistently and doing the work required to win
