The 4 state Insurance Agency is hiring Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Our insurance agency has multiple locations in Kansas and we are excited to be expanding into Fort Scott area! We provide Auto, Home, Business, Life, and Farm and Ranch insurance to help protect our clients. If you want to be a part of a winning and competitive culture, then this may be the career for you.

Responsibilities
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads referral sources.
Requirements
  • A Property Casualty insurance license is preferred. Willing to train. Licensing availible.
  • A Life Health Insurance license is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
  • Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
