We are looking for people-oriented professionals with customer service, sales, and previous insurance experience to work with our team of insurance experts located within Lakewood, CO!

If you are an entrepreneurial-minded individual with a successful track record of meeting sales goals, then this may be the career for you! Work in an agency with access to our winning Farmers Insurance district office as an Insurance Sales Producer.

Salary Information:

  • $40,000.00 Base Salary + 50-70% New Business Commission (total of $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually)

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance licenses (If you do not have these licenses, we will help you obtain them!)

Responsibilities

  • Achieve pre-determined sales targets

  • Market appropriate products and services

  • Establish client relationships

  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications
