Job Details:
Department: Float Staffing
Location: Grand Blanc, MI
The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $49.86/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $36.03/hr, along with a per diem of $13.83/hr. Local Rates (Below 50 Miles): $39.76/hr.
Shift: Monday to friday 3 Days 7:00 pm - 07:30 am
Per Week: 36 Hours
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Minimum Qualifications
2yrs required experience in specialty areas.
BLS required, ACLS PREFFERED.
This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4 hrs, with potential to be pulled to a new assignment in 4hr blocks of time.
Will need basic dysrhythmia testing competency.
Certifications & Clearance Requirements
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
