Position Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our team in Marlborough, MA. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring that our HVAC and weatherization projects are completed with the finishing touches that turn a job site into a livable space. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential carpentry, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality work.


Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and installations of drywall and ceilings following HVAC and weatherization upgrades
  • Install drop-down attic staircases for insulation and home energy audits
  • Handle occasional subfloor and floor repairs as needed during or after HVAC system installations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
  • Collaborate with other technicians and project managers to ensure smooth workflows and project timelines
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensure all work meets local building codes and Endless Energy quality standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential carpentry or general contracting
  • Proficiency in drywall patching, taping, and finishing
  • Experience installing attic stairs, trim, or working in finished residential spaces
  • Comfortable using ladders, power tools, and working in attics or crawl spaces
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied weather conditions
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
