Responsibilities of a Project Manager

As a Project Manager at UrbanCore, take the lead in managing and motivating your project team to deliver best-in-class construction services. The PM is the driving force in achieving project goals and objectives.

  • Manage and Lead the Team: Manage everyone involved in the project to ensure the plan is clear, expectations are understood, and everyone works together efficiently.
  • Oversee the Job from Start to Finish: Put the plan in place, from managing all communication funnels, relationships, schedules, quality standards, and resources to completing the job on time and within budget.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for hitting revenue goals, completing owner/subcontractor billing, overseeing budgets, processing change orders, and ensuring all profitability targets are achieved.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration through weekly PM/Super meetings for all projects. Regularly engage with owners, architects, partners, and subcontractors to nurture strong relationships throughout the project.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure full adherence to UCC quality control standards and oversee all quality control processes to uphold the UrbanCore reputation.

Project Manager Skills and Experience Requirement
  • 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Procore preferred
