COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Boyer Commercial Construction | Columbia, SC

Boyer Commercial Construction is hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead mid-sized commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout. Based in Columbia, SC, you'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and stakeholders on projects ranging from office buildings to retail and mixed-use developments.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects (scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety)
  • Manage subcontractor coordination, pricing, and performance
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking
  • Communicate with clients, architects, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes
  • Problem-solve daily site and coordination challenges
