ASCP- Medical Laboratory Technician- FT
MLR is excited to offer a full-time, permanent position for a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) at a respected hospital located about one hour from Shidler, Oklahoma. This role provides a great opportunity to work in a close-knit rural hospital environment, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus to attract qualified candidates.
Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate: Starting at $23.25, with potential earnings up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate specialized laboratory equipment to perform tests and deliver precise, reliable results.
  • Follow strict protocols and maintain high-quality control standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing of patient samples with scientific accuracy.
  • Work a 7 on, 7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts, ensuring a good balance between work and personal life.
