Job description

Start as a Junior Coach โ€” Grow Into a Lead & Senior Coach

Amazing Athletes & Soccer Stars is expanding, and we're looking for energetic, positive, reliable coaches who love working with kids ages 2โ€“10. No experience? No problem โ€” we train you and give you a clear growth path.

This position is perfect for anyone who is looking for a light schedule (5-10 hours per week), has lots of energy and is great with kids!

Our coaches typically teach 2-4 classes per morning, each class being 30 minutes long. Minimum 2 classes per location.

Schedule

Each coaches schedule varies but once you have your weekly classes, it can be very consistent. Here is an example of a coach schedule. Most classes are done before noon unless you are picking up afternoon classes as well which could be available after training but they are not as common.

Monday: School A: Easton - 9:30am start time and 3 classes every Monday

Tuesday: School B: Center Valley - 9:30am start time and 4 classes every Tuesday

Wednesday: School C: Bethlehem - 9:30am start time and 2 classes every Wednesday

Thursday: School D: Easton - 9:30am start time and 2 classes every Thursday

Friday: School E: Nazareth - 9:30am start time and 3 classes every Friday

Saturday: School F: Easton - 9:30am start time and 4 classes every Saturday

Pay Structure

We offer a transparent pay scale with guaranteed raises as you grow - we pay our coaches on a PER CLASS model. Classes are 25-30 min long each.

Junior Coach โ€” $11/class

  • First 6 months - shadowing, training and solo teaching with regular check ins
  • Learning the curriculum, building confidence, and gaining experience

Lead Coach โ€” $13/class

  • Automatically eligible after 6 months of strong performance
  • Runs classes independently
  • Reliable communication and classroom management

Senior Coach โ€” $15/class

  • Eligible after 12 months of consistent, high-quality coaching
  • Takes the lead on larger classes & special programming
  • Trains new junior coaches

Weekend Rates

Weekend work pays slightly higher:

  • Junior: $12/class
  • Lead: $14/class
  • Senior: $16/class

What You'll Do

  • Teach 25-30 minute classes at preschools and recreation centers
  • Run fun, structured activities that build motor skills & confidence
  • Follow our age-appropriate Amazing Athletes curriculum
  • Set up/clean up light equipment (provided)
  • Communicate clearly with parents and school staff
  • Provide a safe, engaging, high-energy environment
