Employers often value the reliability, experience, and work ethic that seniors bring to the workplace.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Senior Caregiver, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Senior Caregiver, you need a fundamental understanding of elderly care, basic health monitoring, and often a certification like Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
